Cuba Maintains Watch after
Seism
Cubasi.com Jan 13.- Cuban authorities maintain watch over the possible
aftershocks or sea-level rises in the eastern end of the country,
after the 7.3 degree –quake in the Richter scale that hit
Haiti.
So far, there’s no report about sea-level rise in any coastal
point of Santiago de Cuba and Guantánamo provinces, specifies
a communiqué from Cuba’s Civil Defense National General
Staff.
Right now, local authorities continue gathering information about
the affectations caused by the quake in Haiti, indicates the note
released by the National Television Newsreel.
