Cuba is a paceful country, it is not a terrorist
one
Palma Soriano, Jan 13, 2010.- Palma soriano´s
citizens refute the United States´s government decision
to include Cuba among the countries that sponsor international
terrorism, likewise people from this territory demand Cuba´s
exclusion from this list.
Sheila
Trujillo Cabrera is a pharmacist, who worked for two years in
the Republic of Namibia as a Cuban interntionalist collaborator,
she returned to Cuba in 2008, nowadays she works in a drugstore,
she as other workers from Palma Soriano reject the new USA accusations
to Cuba.
“Cuba is a peaceful country Cuba brings solidary
collaboration to many countries around the world un educational,
science and technique matters. The relationship between Cuba and
the world is based on people fraternity and solidarity. Cuba is
not a terrorist country”, said this Cuban internationalist
pharmacist.
Concerning
to this topic othr workers gave their opinions.
“The USA decision to include Cuba in the list
of the countries that sponsor international terrorism is an arbitrary
determination of that government. We demand Cuba´s exclusion
from that list. Cubans are peaceful persons” expressed Geovanys
Mendez de Dios, a pharmacy assistance.
Similar opinions were expressed by other Palma Soriano´s
workers.
“USA
is not right to accuse Cuba as a terrorist country, they are wrong”
said Maricela Donatié Cayart, who works in “El Palma”
ice-ream parlot.
Likewise Joel Monzón Álvarez, a gastronomic
technician opines “The lastest hostile action by the USA
government constitutes an unjust, arbitrary an politically motivated
designation in contradiction with the exemplary conduct of Cuba
in confronting terrorism.
Cuba
is not a terrorist country, Cuba is an example of country that
fights against terrorism. We demand USA government Cuba´s
immediately exclusion from the black list”.
Palma Soriano´s inhabitantas reject the inclusion
of Cuba in the list of countries that sponsor terrorism.
On January 8th Cuba demanded its exclusion from
the list of States described by the US administration as sponsors
of terrorism, in a declaration issued by Bruno Rodriguez Parrilla,
Cuban Foreign Ministry and published by Granma daily.
Workers
from this territory commdem the inclusion of Cuba in that list,
that is the case of teachers from Carl Marx Language School who
debated Cuban F M declarations in a meeting.
“We consider arbitrary, and contradictory
the US government decision; Cuba Cuba has always had an exemplary
record in combating terrorism, Cuban people condem all acts of
terrorism in every form and manifestation. Since the triumph of
Cuban Revolution Cuban people has suffered acts of terrorism against
its econimical an tourism institutions. We´ll never forget
the sabotage to a Cubana de aviación passengers plane on
October 6, 1976, which caused 73 deaths. We demand Cuba´s
exclusion from the list of “State sponsors international
terrorism” .
Those are examples of several Palma Soriano inhabitan´s
opinions concerning to the unjustified inclusion of Cuba on the
so-called list of States Sponsor International Terrorism.
